All travel pricing included is based out of Scottsdale, AZ, at 13610 N Scottsdale Road Suite 15. Keep this in mind when booking on-location services. Additional mileage fees will be applied for 31+ up to 60 miles. If a start time of earlier than 9am is requested over 60 miles, a hotel stay is required.

For all weddings/events outside of 60 miles, additional travel fees (flight+hotel+parking) will apply. *Please email me to inquire about destination wedding locations prior to booking*

Your initial deposit of $175 is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once this has been received, your wedding date is secured. You will have received a bridal contract along with the initial invoice to complete and return by email; please note this is a binding agreement. All correspondance will be conducted through email, please check all spam and junk folders.



Your 100% satisfaction is my priority when it comes to your hair and overall salon experience. I understand that your hair is a vital part of your identity, and I am dedicated to ensuring you leave my chair feeling your absolute best. As a professional, I emphasize the importance of realistic expectations in achieving your beauty goals. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, I am committed to making any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave the salon looking and feeling amazing.

However, it's important to note some limitations regarding correction services to protect both parties involved:

  1. No Refunds: My goal is to create a lasting relationship with all of my clients, to acommodate this, please understand that there are no refunds. Instead, I prefer to work together to address any concerns or challenges, making necessary adjustments to meet your hair goals and then developing a mutual trust and understanding of realistic service expectations. This may require patience and understanding from both sides.

  2. Timeframe for Correction Services: Correction services are available within 7 days after your initial service. Any changes made by you or another stylist to your hair voids eligibility for correction services.

  3. Investment in Recommended Products: To qualify for a correction service, it's essential to invest in recommended retail products or take-home treatments for proper hair care at home. This ensures the longevity and health of your salon service as well as an insurance.

  4. Guarantee with Purchase of Retail Products: With the purchase of color-safe retail products from KARAHKAY Hair Design, your color service is 100% guaranteed. However, this guarantee does not extend to products purchased from other retailers or salons.

  5. Correction Service Fee: A fee of $15 per bowl of color or lightener required for adjustments will apply for correction services.

Please be aware of the following additional points:

  • If your appointment involves a color correction process and there is box color present, you will not qualify for a correction service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting. This will be discussed during the consultation to avoid any surprises. Box color is very unpredictable and no guarantees to outcome will be made.

  • Any additional toners, treatments, or necessary services will be priced fairly based on each specific case.





Please carefully read and understand all policies before booking an appointment. By scheduling an appointment with me, Karah Lemieux, you agree to abide by these policies. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a smooth and mutually beneficial salon experience.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow for scheduling adjustments. Cancellations made within 2 hours or less of the appointment time will be considered a no-show.

Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time with clean, dry hair for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided for late arrivals. Beyond that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and you may be subject to the no-show policy.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the missed service. Additionally, a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings, and continued no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future services.
